Return Policy

Exchange Policy 

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value (with the difference paid by you).

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
